Valentine’s Day – the feast of love

     14^th of February was a great and exciting day in our school. We were celebrating Valentine’s Day, the day of love.

     Mrs. Hovany organized a pretty little party for students of first, second, third and fourth classes. They had a great time, did many exercises and enjoyed the time spent together.

     Students of fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth classes attended a bigger Valentine’s Party from 2:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m., where they had lots of great and amazing activities using the SMART Board, their English knowledge and own creativity as well. Students took part in funny exercises such as filling in the missing words in a love song, heart dance, creating a Valentine’s poster, activity game, or karaoke singing.

     Some of our students were in Krahule that time on a ski training, but they were not missed out of the party. Mrs. Kotiers organized it for them, they also voted for the King and Queen of Valentine there.

     I hope, everyone enjoyed our afternoon spent together. Our next great project is nearing, so beware, INDEPENDENCE DAY is coming!!! J
